Metaphor of Speed and Stillness

Driving too fast in the Tesla to catch up.

Move with the flow. Brain engages — why?

Probably a lifetime of awareness, never quite right, always catching up with the crowd, the person, the many cars, trying to be the same.

ND brain.

I’m teaching it now: no — it’s OK. I don’t have to.

No matter how fast I run or drive, I’m OK.

I don’t need to run faster. It won’t change my brain. I don’t — I won’t — learn that way.
