Micro‑Poem — Buoyancy
I’ll jump from any diving board,
any height,
into any depth.
Water holds me.
Buoyancy, gravity —
they lift me without asking.
But when life turns into
sink‑or‑swim,
I cling to the side.
That’s the story I keep repeating:
so many chances,
and me hanging on with one hand,
too afraid to let go
because the art was me
and I didn’t know how to release myself.
